Ivan Eland thinks the American public should be blamed for Bush's Iraq shenanigans.

He writes, "The alarming thing about Iraq War II is that the American people had plenty of evidence before the war -- from the president’s own intelligence chief -- that the Bush administration was exaggerating the threat.
