Kennedy slams Bush
At last, a major establishment politician has forcefully, and publicly, abandoned the myopic "intel failure" explanation for the Iraq debacle. Senator Ted Kennedy's speech to the Council on Foreign Relations, while being about a year too late, strikes the right note in condemning the Bush administration for its "pure, unadulterated fear-mongering" in trying to bolster its case for war.
