Rove indicted

Jason Leopold is reporting that Patrick Fitzgerald will announce sometime this week that Karl Rove has been indicted for his role in the Plame leak case.

According to Leopold's sources, it's unclear whether Rove will be charged solely for perjury and lying to investigators or whether "a more serious obstruction of justice charge" will be added to the indictment.
