I don't know. I suppose it's possible that US policy towards the Palestinians could get more callous and cynical, but it's hard to imagine how at this point.

And in case you missed it, the US just announced last week that it's throwing even more money -- $86M -- at Abbas for "security," i.e. civil war. If Pelosi's looking for a place to "cut off" funds, perhaps she could begin here.
