Not rocking the boat

Perhaps ironically, Obama's recently announced healthcare plan is basically "Romney's plan" writ large -- a boost in funding to try to achieve universal coverage, without disturbing the insurance industry's apple cart. Kip Sullivan says that, unfortunately, we should expect more of the same from Democrats in the future.
