Ever since I read Chomsky's evisceration of Samuel Huntington's "forced-draft urbanization" plan in American Power and the New Mandarins, I've found the people who spend large amounts of time thinking about "counterinsurgency" tactics to be amongst the most morally depraved beings who stalk this earth.
