You have to admit that the reproduction authoritarians (what some like to call "pro-lifers") have been rather creative in undercutting the ability of women to exert better control over their bodies, even while abortion remains technically legal. Here's an illustrative example of how this is done, in this case relying on the vagaries of the magic "market."
