Another signing statement

Think Progress points out that Bush has issued another one of his infamous signing statements, this time on a "defense" appropriations bill.

This latest stroke of the pen has helpfully waived the "ban" on permanent bases in Iraq, along with restrictions in regards to the US exerting control over Iraqi oil.
