Whitewashing MLK

One of things that gets on my nerves a lot around this time of year is when conservatives and even "nice liberals" try to claim the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr.

This completely ignores that King struck many poses, especially in his later years, that didn't go down well with either of these two camps.

Check some useful correctives.
