No more bombing on Vieques

A rather subdued announcement from the US military: the Navy is going to cease training on Vieques by May.

Apparently, they won't be needing training grounds anymore, as they'll be able to beat up on Iraq in just a few weeks/months. (Just kidding on this last part. Sorta.)
