FFs

So it's alleged that the majority of "foreign fighters" in Iraq -- obviously those not of the American variety -- are Saudis.

That kind of throws a monkey wrench into the Syrian and Iranian bashing, but I'm sure the propaganda machine can absorb the blow. And I'm sure this is so far down the memory hole that even mentioning it today won't do so much as a dent, either: "The vast majority of Saudi militants who have entered Iraq were not terrorist sympathizers before the war; and were radicalized almost exclusively by the coalition invasion."

Granted, this last claim is a bit dated, but I think it still has some relevance.
